Terms and Conditions Outlined here are the terms and conditions for having a website from us. We have such a good working relationship with all of our clients that in the "every day workings of life" we don't even begin to refer to them. However in a world where there is, on some minor occasions, elements of "unpredicticality" - if there is such a word and I don't think that there is - we have outlined here how our relationship works. However, we're quite sure that our clients will not need to refer to these during our long term dedicated relationship to get a good job done and provide you with an excellent service.
					Ownership: Once you have paid for your website then all of the developed text and images belong to you. It is your site. However, to protect our business we keep the rights to the "structure of the template" that is the html coding that makes the site work. (This prevents someone from becoming a customer of ours and then selling on our site to someone else who could then use our template to generate an income.)
					Annual Rental: Once a year you will receive an invoice for an annual rental. This rental bill represents the coming years payment for us hosting your site and updating your site. Please note that we will only update a site that is also hosted by us on our server. This means that we know we can deliver for you a consistent and reliable service.
					Content Types and Schedules: We will do our best to have all emailed content put up on the site within 48 hours of receiving the materials - whether photos, documents or audio files. We do not perceive that any materials that we may receive will be inappropriate for the public to view, especially coming from primary schools, but we reserve the right, as we do with all of our education and business website clients, to refuse materials sent to us if the images or text is deemed inappropriate by us.
